Booking conditions, Deposit & Cancellation Policy
We require a 50% deposit within 5 days to confirm the booking. The balance is payable upon arrival. Deposits can be made by credit card over the phone or we can supply our details for electronic funds transfer. Deposits may be transferred to another date if cancellation occurs at least 14 days prior to the original booking date. If cancellation occurs less than 14 days we reserve the right to retain the whole deposit moneys. Failure to show for the booking will also mean forfeiture of the whole deposit moneys.
Payment
Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard, cheque, direct deposit or money order and EFTPOS.
