Quilting Retreats

Glenrose Patchwork is located in a magnificent old Queensland homestead and is set in amongst award winning gardens.

There are three beautifully set out rooms with a large range of fabrics and all your other quilting needs. As a guest, you have the added advantage of the patchwork shop being open and at your fingertips all weekend. You may quilt with your friends in the huge air-conditioned workroom that overlooks the beautiful award winning gardens. Alternatively, you may choose to sew and relax on the spacious verandah or in one of the many magical garden rooms.  

Whatever choice you make, one thing is certain, you and your group of friends will have an absoloute ball of fun and you will be totally spoiled. Your stay will be fully catered for, i.e.; breakfast,  morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, including thoughtful touches of chocolates and wine. Just imagine yourself relaxing in a spa bath with a glass of your favourite wine after a blissful day of quilting.

Weekend Rates

Prices are $250.00 per person for two nights - Arrive Friday night for dinner and leave Sunday afternoon.
 
Minimum stay 2 nights.

$50.00 deposit per person on booking -  with balance payable on arrival.

Cottages have queen size beds and sofa beds (max. 12 people).

All cottages have reverse air-conditioning and wood fires for the winter.
Linen and towels are supplied.

Tutors can be arranged at an extra cost or sew on your UFO's. Weekend stays or whole week.
